MET

Atom™ can use upper wind models from standard WMO format Gridded Binary (GRIB) upper wind data or improved accuracy in fix-time estimation in a flight’s 4D trajectory.

For the controller, Atom™ will also display current METAR, SPECI and TAF data at each controller workstation for airports or interest.

Atom™ gives the Met Office the ability to send and receive messages over the AFTN.

Interfaces to other systems:
