Acquisition/Program Management Support

DISC provides Program Management and Acquisition Support to government clients and assists with activities such as program management support, acquisition planning and management, strategic and financial planning, requirements definition, cost-benefit analyses, and meeting coordination.

DISC also provides services including:

• Program analysis of functional, management and technical requirements for the applicable projects

• Cost estimating

• Provision of guidance in the development of acquisition strategies and procurement processes

• Draft/edit documents required in the procurement planning process

• Engineering cost, scheduling, performance estimates and tracking

• Earned Value Management reporting

• Development of Continuity of Operations Plans/Disaster Recovery Plans
