Program Management

DISC uses Program and Risk Management to manage all of our projects. DISC has experienced executives and established processes to ensure that projects are managed effectively in terms of budget, schedule, and quality. DISC establishes appropriate feedback mechanisms with our customers to ensure that quality, cost, performance standards, and schedule requirements are met or exceeded. Our success is typified by our consistently high evaluations received from our customers.

DISC’s approach to program management uses a basic set of management principles and methodologies. The management principles identify client satisfaction as our most important business objective. DISC recognizes that our corporate success is directly attributable to the accomplishments of our personnel. The accomplishments of our staff are dependent upon maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and technical competence. Demanding high standards for professionalism and technical competence are effective only if we maintain similarly high standards of business and personal ethics.
