NECC PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Net Enabled Command Capability (NECC) Joint Program Management Office Program Control Acquisition Support Contract
For the NECC JPMO, our team of program and acquisition management professionals currently supports acquisition milestone planning, the development, maintenance, and coordination/staffing of all DoD 5000 Series documents for internal and DoD acquisition reviews, and the execution of program management activities for the Joint Program Manager (JPM) and Program Control Branch Chief. Our versatile professionals respond to DISA/OSD/Congressional data calls, as well as provide comprehensive planning, scheduling, briefing, and administrative support for Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT) and Overarching IPT (OIPT) meetings, internal JPMO senior-level meetings and planning sessions, and a variety of working groups and tiger teams. They also provide Information Assurance support; manage and maintain the NECC Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); implement and maintain the Risk Management Strategy and Risk Management Plan (both developed by DISC); and manage and maintain the NECC JPMO Program Library and Knowledge Centers for NECC Program Control and Systems Engineering accessible on Defense Knowledge Online (DKO).
